The Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) is a hands-on environment available for customers to role play day-to-day business scenarios and experience the Microsoft business productivity platform.
Microsoft technologies include Office 365, Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, Project, Visio, Windows, Windows Phone, Dynamics CRM and System Center.
This is not a sales pitch or classroom lecture but a live business scenario where each person takes on a role and using the Microsoft software platform achieves a set task. Example tasks include: Complete an RFP, Collaborate on a sales proposal, Analyse data as a team, or Control communications through a single interface. The client chooses the scenario that is relevant to their business prior to booking the suite. What we have found is that many businesses already have the tools but are unaware of the full potential or knowledge on how to get the most out of their investment.
Scenarios can be 1, 2 or 4 hours long. Up to 5 people role play in one scenario but there is room for additional observers. Each task allows open, creative dialogue with colleagues and is guided by the facilitator to overcome everyday business usages applicable to most organisations.
