Our service-based solutions include:
  • Technical Support
    The Softsource Service desk is available between 8 am - 6pm Monday to Friday for all technical support. Our Service Co-ordinator will log a call and assign an Engineer to attend on-site or provide telephone support. After-hours service contracts are also available and are designed to meet your exact requirements while balancing risk and cost. There is a full range of options available, from full 24 hour 7 day cover through to ad-hoc after hours emergency call outs.
  • Service Time Credits (STC)
    Softsource Service Time Credits are blocks of engineering time, purchased in advance at a discounted rate. This allows you to plan and budget for your general day to day engineering support requirements. Service Time Credits are depleted as engineering support hours are “consumed”. Regular statements are provided to keep you in touch with the balance remaining, and a renewal notice will be issued when the current Service Time Credit approaches renewal.
