Softsource also offers Service Time Credits (STC) for those businesses that require blocks of engineering time, purchased in advance at a discounted rate. This allows you to plan and budget for your general day to day engineering support requirements. Service Time Credits are depleted as engineering support hours are “consumed”. Regular statements are provided to keep you in touch with the balance remaining, and a renewal notice will be issued when the current Service Time Credit approaches renewal.
