Help Desk Support

The Softsource Service desk is available between 7 am - 7pm Monday to Friday for all technical support. Our Service Co-ordinator will log a call and assign an Engineer to attend on-site or provide telephone support. After-hours service contracts are also available and are designed to meet your exact requirements while balancing risk and cost. There is a full range of options available, from full 24 hour 7 day cover through to ad-hoc after hours emergency call outs.

Our help desk support engineers are highly trained in customer service and technical support aiming to resolve issues quickly and efficiently to ultimately deliver complete customer satisfaction.
